Drink, eat, live! At Pilo, we are locavore and localove. We make it a point of honor to eat locally and we encourage the producers of the region.
At lunchtime, the menu of our restaurant changes every season and for the evening, our chef has revisited five dishes of the world... with the Lyon sauce (because a "world capital of gastronomy" is respected, but be careful we are not chauvinistic).
